I did reach out to Crestron for the license and got the response below.

I noticed the Serial Number provided traces back to an order from 2/6/2017.?
This processor DOES NOT require a Third Party Activation Key since it was purchased prior to March 1, 2017.
You should be able to operate your Third Party system without a Key. ?Please try operating it without the key and if needed I issued the key below.

When I try to apply it I get the error below:

license could not be added, license key is invalid
