Just finished integrating these FRAMEs.
ART Mode ON works like an input.
If TV is OFF, you have to turn the set on to use ART Mode (or the other inputs of course).
We're using ART Mode for the 'Off State' and HDMI 1 for the feed from the VSW.
Seems to work well...
