Just today I got my first iPhone that is doing what you said.
? ? ?VPN works for everything else, and Crestron_Go works fine on the Local Wifi.
Trying to talk to the "Router Manufacturer" gets you no where - If it connects then it's not our problem.
I'm sure Crestron will say the Same - It works on WiFi it's not our problem.
