Double check the documentation.? There are a few documents to follow.? The items that get paired via the Apple Home App are the Crestron processor, and the Apple TV¡¯s.? The remotes get recognized via the SIMPL program and its association
with the processor.?? They are not not exactly paired in the most traditional manner.

I have been trying to integrate TSR-310 with apple homekit using the documentation provided by Crestron.
I have been able to get "ready" status on my remote but while pairing the device on apple home app on my iPad it just keeps on loading forever,when i click on add accessory.
