We have 5 dots throughout our house using the Alexa/Crestron skill to control switching, display/room on/off, lighting throughout the house, etc and it works nearly perfectly.? I'd say a 2-5% failure on Crestron skill related commands. We've grown so accustomed to it now I think we'd be lost without it. I don't see much of an application commercially, but residential for sure.?
