Thank you for contacting Crestron's True Blue Customer Support Team.
Sometimes, after a firmware update, the Pyng Hub will enable SSL. This is discussed in Online Help Answer ID# 5838: ? Pyng?Interfaces - Both iPad & XPanel WebUI are unable to connect to the?Pyng?Hub, but it is still communicating in Toolbox.
- Updating firmware, or issuing RESTORE or BETACLEANUP commands may enable SSL.
- Connect in Toolbox and check if SSL has been enabled. Disable if needed.
- Text Console - Issue command SSL. If it returns "SSL On," issue commands SSL OFF & REBOOT.
- System Info Functions SSL Management - Uncheck the Enable SSL box and click OK.

Has anyone tried to restore a Pyng unit to default settings? After I restore it the web UI wont open for me to set it up. Now I can't set the PYNG up at all. I have tried multiple times and updated the firmware.?
Any Tips here?
