I've been experiencing this with the TSW-750 / MC3 setup in my office at the moment. I wasn't sure if I was doing something a bit crazy or it was the panel. A bit of a relief to find out it appears to be the panel (as i was messing with grouping rooms and stuff)

I noticed a weird issue too when it comes to TSW 750 FB.
With my IPTs using hostnames, if I boot up the TSW before I have it connected to the control subnet on a CP3N, the TSW doesn't get feedback and the IPT on the TSW is offline, but the IPT on the processor says online.(even after refreshing multiple times)
If everything is connected before powering on the TSW, it all works.
Using IP addresses, both scenarios work fine and I always get FB.
Maybe you guys are seeing this too, who knows. Or maybe its some sort of protocol I'm not privy too.

Just came off a week vacation and unfortunately all the issues I left behind didn't go anywhere. You might just wanna stay on vacation :]

I spent hours on the phone with some of the "right people" at Crestron. Hardware guys, Core 3 guys. Their conclusion was that all we can do at the moment is reboot, so we set them up to reboot every day until they can figure it out - or I go berserk and install iPads - again. ;-)
I'm not sure why you were having trouble connecting. That's something I haven't experienced with any unusual frequency. From afar, it's impossible to tell if the panels are working correctly or not. The Crestron guys debugged all the way down to the bridge into Core 3, and that's where they had to stop because there was nowhere else they could debug from afar (which I found odd for a new product). Everything looked okay. They have a real mystery to solve.
(For what it's worth, I'm on FW 1.6.25. I've lost track of the firmware updates I've done - I think this job started at 1.4.7 maybe. Always, always, always something wrong! Thinking happy thoughts. Vacation in three days!!)

Heath,
Did you ever find a solution to this?
One of my techs ran into this exact problem on a jobsite yesterday. We have 5 TSW-750 on the jobsite, and 3 of them had "lost feedback". All 3 were running 1.6.15, and the two that didn't lose feedback were still running 1.5.5. Coincidence? Probably not.
When I tried connecting to them remotely, I couldn't connect to one of the affected panels, but I could connect to the other two to force a reboot. My tech on-site had to manually reboot the third.
Thanks,

New firmware? 1.6.15? That's not reassuring, but then again nothing with this new product / Core 3 is.

It's funny you should post this because I am having the exact same problem. The panel has code driven page flips. You press the button and the program sees it. The signal to change the page is given back from the program to the TP but the TP doesn't respond. I am running the latest released firmware. The odd thing is I have 8 TSW driven by 8 DMPS and only 3 of them are exibiting this behavior that I know of. The customer may have rebooted the other panels to use them without my knowledge.

I've never experienced this in any significant-enough frequency to worry about it - and even then it's usually one panel or another. Why would a whole series of them quit?

I call this "one way mode". I've yet to get my hands on a TSW panel, but I've seen this plenty of times on MTX3s (where I'm sure it's to do with the RF gateway)...and occasionally even on TPMC8x panels. IPT reports OK from both ends, as you found. Cure was always to reboot the gateway or panel.

I'm trying to find the cause of a recurring problem we are having on a job. The TSW-750s stop receiving feedback. I came to this job this morning and found that 7 of 8 panels were unresponsive. Upon further inspection, they were actually sending presses but not responding to any sort of feedback. IPT reads okay on both ends. I can console in okay. Rebooting either the TSW fixes it. Strangely rebooting the CP3 / restarting the program does not.
I did run a FW update from 1.6.13 to 1.6.15, so it may be related to the special, evidently non-release FW we had but I'm pretty sure that it also happened on previous versions also. We've had "mass-unresponsiveness" issues since day 1 but I've never really stopped to check if the TSWs were transmitting until today.
I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this.
