HELLO EVERYONE!
Hello everyone, My name is Paulina Donis, and I want to share something special with you. A year ago, my husband Rub¨¦n was diagnosed with prediabetes, which led us to look for natural ways to regulate his blood sugar levels. One of the best decisions we made was incorporating a green juice into his morning routine. After more than six months of drinking it daily, we have seen incredible changes: his blood sugar levels have improved, he has better focus throughout the day, his migraines have significantly decreased, his digestion works much better, and he has lost over 26 pounds, feeling more energized than ever. It has been so effective that our entire family now drinks it every day, and we all feel amazing. Our juice is made with the perfect combination of spinach, celery, cucumber, carrot, green apple, pineapple, ginger, aloe vera, and parsley. These ingredients were carefully selected for their nutritional benefits to help detox the body, strengthen the immune system, and boost energy. We know that time is a crucial factor¡ªmany of us rush out to work or school and don¡¯t have time to prepare it. That¡¯s why we found a practical solution: we buy all the fresh ingredients, wash, disinfect, chop, and prepare individual packs with the ideal combination. Then, we freeze them so we always have ready-to-go juices in just seconds. We want to share this solution with our community. We take care of everything¡ªshopping, preparation, and delivery¡ªso you can enjoy the benefits of a daily green juice without any hassle. ? We offer 30-pack juice sets (1 month) for $99, delivered right to your door. If someone cannot consume a particular ingredient, we can customize their package to meet their needs. We¡¯ve attached a flyer with more information on the benefits of each ingredient. If you're interested in improving your health and feeling more energized every day, we would love to help. Let¡¯s take care of ourselves together! With love, Paulina Donis

Temple laundry sub
Hello everyone! I am wondering if there is anyone who would be willing to work my temple laundry shift for me tomorrow (Thursday) from 4-8 pm. You don't have to be an ordinance worker, just endowed. I haven't had luck finding a sub through the temple sub list so I thought I'd check here. I have an upcoming exam and could really use the extra study time. Just let me know. Thanks :)

Opportunity to sign a ballot referendum petition
I'm posting this on behalf of my husband Mel. If you want to sign this petition, this is an easy way to do it: If you are interested in signing the petition to put the referendum about collective bargaining by public employees on the ballot, I have copies in my home. By signing, you are not taking sides. The petition by itself doesn¡¯t change the law. By signing, you will be letting all Utah voters decide whether to support the legislature¡¯s decision to prohibit public employees from collective bargaining or to let teachers, police, and firefighters keep their right to collective bargaining. I¡¯ll be here Monday through Thursday (1158 E 300 N) between 10 am and noon and between 6 and 8 pm. If those times don¡¯t work for you, just text me to arrange another time (801-380-2403). I have to return the petition Friday morning.
