Hi!

I have some free stuff on my porch for anyone who would like any of it:

-wobble chess set
-large painting I was going to use the frame for but gave up cause the print size is hard
-Star Wars night light and sunset light. Both are a usb cord and I dont have the block for the outlet for either 
-shelf but I dont have the screws

Hello All,

Happy new year! In the spirit of starting and making new year resolutions, our activity this month is perfect - Exploring the power of Digital Scriptures.? With the new year comes the study of a new book of scriptures.? This is a great time to start using your gospel library app to enhance and add to your scripture study.

We will be meeting in the Relief Society room on Thursday, January 16?@ 7:00.? To make the most of the class, make sure you have downloaded the gospel library app to your phone or tablet and you are logged in and have access to your account.? ?We will be exploring how to mark, tag, link, add notes and create notebooks. There is so much power that comes when you have references, and notes on topics right at your fingertips.??

The young?women are invited to this activity.?We'd love for all mothers with YW age girls to come together.? This is an opportunity to learn a new skill and be able to ask all the questions.? We hope to see you there!

The Orem Library is having a Book Brunch for the 2025 Adult and Teen Reading Challenge Kickoff with Ally Condie. Ally is the NY Times bestselling author and a former Ward member. Her most recent novel was a Reese Witherspoon Book Club pick last summer. There are limited spots, so go to the Orem Public Library website to register ASAP. The event is scheduled for January 11 from 10:00 to 12:00.

My friend in the Chicago area has a child who will be getting married in Utah Valley. They've been looking into wedding venues and finding them to be very expensive. She asked me if I knew of any nice ones that are more affordable. I'm clueless about this, so I thought I would ask here for her, since it seems like there have been several weddings in the neighborhood recently.
