hello do you hear the S@P contactor clicking when you step on the pedal if you do then the problem is in the motor brushes or brush rigging i had the same problem in my car it was a termanl burnt off

Easy to tell if it is the forward or reverse. You should hear the contractor clunk back and forth when you flip the switch. Do you have the orginal micro switches for the foot pedal? Sent from my

So you have a multimeter? Check where your 48v stops. Us it going to the contractor? Does the contractor go up and down for the forward and reverse. If you get stuck I can give you my phone number.?

I have everything connected but the manual cable not working yet. working by myself so It's hard to see if there is much movement when I pull and the brake lever. All hooked up on the rear brakes.
