Hi Neil, what state did you register your Comuta-car in?
Seems if car has registration in state, the Insurance Company would not be
an issue?

Is there a specific bolt alignment needed for reinstalling the motor on the citicar?
After reinstalling the motor? and three the bolts, It doesn't seem to mesh with the Transaxle very well.
