Regarding Makung Airlines B-1781, this was officially registered as B-17811 on 14th January 1995, prior to its delivery on 16th January 1995.
It would appear that B-1781 was never officially registered as such and that any sightings as B-1781 probably was of the aircraft part way through having the full registration painted on it.
