Req LAX & San Francisco Spotting hotels

Hello all
We are going to California for a while and am enquiring about recommendations on hotels at LAX.
With regard to spotting at San Francisco,? just recommendations to watch movements.
?

Stewart?

Stewart, these question are always budget related. As I am a Hilton member I tend to use their brands.?

South side is the Embassy Suites with a 10/15 minute walk to Imperial Hill. View not brilliant but if you get the right room you¡¯ll miss the palm trees outside. Prices are reasonable.?

Slightly up market but superb views are the H Hotel on Century. You need a superior runaway view room. It has views across to the biz ramp and a roof terrace. Reasonably expensive but you won¡¯t miss anything.?

If you have a car the Embassy suites may suffice. You could always spot from the Proud Bird if you¡¯re into photos. I park on the road at the Embassy suites.?

I¡¯ve stayed at both places 2/3 times and personally I¡¯d go with the H Hotel but as I said at the beginning it¡¯s budget related.?

Richard?

Hi Stewart

Ref SFO?
When i was there post CV19 there was a car park / park area off BayShore Highway where all movements can be monitored. The Marriot hotel next door and a service station up the road for supplies. There are a few park areas along this road.
Also up towards Coyote Point but you would not read anything departing on 1L/1R .?
Hope that helps?
Cheers?
Phil

Hello Richard?
Thank you,? will book the H Hotel as we don't fancy trawling onto a bus after a 11 hour flight and given we are on virgin premium why not!!!
