Robby All Messages By This Member #42158 Have anyone attempted to use Terminal to connect to another station on VARAFM I get a message that says this is not and axip port any suggestions. AA5AF ?

If it is an RMS you are connecting to you should be able to connect, if it works, but you woul dhave to know the dialog to send usernam/password etc. ? Connecting to a BBS should be easy. ? ?

N3MEL - Glenn All Messages By This Member #42163 VARA Terminal uses the same protocol as VarAC which will not operate with AX25. Use QTtermtcp from the BPQ downloads page.? QTtermtcp will use VARA among others that will allow you to connect to packet stations.? ?
