Outgoing Pactor connections fail, income connections OK

Still having issues with Pactor connections but only when I am initiating the connection, incoming connections work fine.
When I press the start forwarding button, the radio is set to freq correctly, and the PTC begins calling, but as soon as the other end answers the call my PTC goes to error status and the connection times out.
Here the settings for the port, hopefully some one will spot what is missing or wrong.

I do set the levels in the above config, which I copied from my Airmail3 setup and works ok.
I'll review the link you sent and see if that helps.

Levels seem ok, alc meter is zero and power out is 50w (half power)
What else would cause the PTC to return an error status when attempting to connect to remote bbs?
?

Always a possibility, but when the other side connects to me it works!?
