I've uploaded new versions of bpq32 and LinBPQ to? my Beta site and github. The main fixes are:

Fix a problem which could result in corruption of Netrom connections.
Fix crash in BPQMail.exe when sending beacons to Pactor ports (bug was in BPQ32.dll, not BPQMail)
Fix an incompatibility with the latest version of ardopcf that resulted in failed connections not being reported and leaving the port stuck.
