Multiple Port APRS Digi different WIDE configuration
I am Digipeating APRS traffic in two different frequencies.
I was in the impression this would work with this configuration but I am seeing port 4 digipeat beyond WIDE1-1 like port

WinRPR uses WA8DED Host Mode, and with that the monitor does not differentiate between TX and RX frames.
When you tried KISSHF did you enable KISS mode in the WinRPR config?

if you can connect consistently with a digital hub in the east or west then you send it to them if make arrangements with a station then you send it to them your choice nobody else

Well, there isn¡¯t a ¡°rule¡± but if you want any guarantees that your digital
traffic will actually get to its destination you might want to forward to

You should be connecting to KE5YTA for NTSD/DTN traffic.
He is the South Central Area Digital Traffic (Net) hub.
His QRZ info is good.

PSKA an FSKA level can not be the same, PSKA levels will be 30 higher than
FSKA settings.
