The NinoTNC works just fine with windows bpq.
I don¡¯t have access to my configuration right now, but if my memory is correct, you just set it up like a Kantronics KPC3 in kiss mode.

After further thought, attempting to attach to a port from another session
when the same or an interlocked port is already attached does get denied,
so I could modify the script to use that as a check
