Are you saying that your winlink address is py1xta-10@...? What happens if you remove the -10 from CMSCALL? As you have found, your system is working, but it isn't recording any traffic stats

The CMSCALL should probably not have a SSID.? It normally is your base call but depends on how you registered at winlink.org.? When you log into your account at winlink.org do you use just your call

That there may be a clue.? Your APPLICATION should say connect to PY1XTA-10 but in your Telnet port CMSCALL config should only use PY1XTA. Is that it? Or, you have a configuration where you are
