Re: QTSoundmodem on Windows XP
John, I would like to ask - which port should I use for api.winlink.org in WL2KREPORT line? I've seen them use several different ports. Em s¨¢b., 8 de jun. de 2024, 12:23, John G8BPQ via groups.io

Excellent. That is what has been happening and what is active and what I have done. It¡¯s nice to know I did not create a problem. In some way white pages still stand as a guide and works. Every day

Re: Strange (to me) BBS Forwarding Behavior
BPQMail has a compile time option to use 2 or 4 character continent codes. I think it would make sense to make this a configuration option. @USA is expanded to @USA.NA.WW before processing. The same

Re: BBS Forwarding behavior
Of course, two bbs's in different states will have two different HA headers. In this case, just because these two bbs's are run by the same ham, doesn't make that different. In any case, when checking

Re: BBS Forwarding behavior
Thanks Lee. To everyone else, while the bpq map of bbs's is nice, it only contains bpq stations. Others like jnos, fbb, uronode, et al, will not show up on that map. Never assume that bpq is the only

I have a link with Mark's NJ node. It's not a BPQ node, so that's why it's not on the map. His node in NC is BPQ, however. 73, Lee K5DAT _._,_._,_ > >

Re: ARDOPCF and QtSoundModem?
You can run both ardopc(f) amd QtSoundModem at the same time. On Windows it is trivial, as Windows allows sharing a sound card. The Linux ALSA hw: driver does not let you share the same soundcard with

ARDOPCF and QtSoundModem?
I think ARDOPCF uses "hw:1.0" and QtSoundModem does also. May I 'unconfigure' my 'AX.25_A' modem in QtSoundModem and configure ARDOPCF to use "hw:1,0 Channel_A" or similar in its place. It would be
