VARA Error & Port stays attached

Greetings.
I've been finding the radio stuck on the same frequency lately. It's always the VARA port that is considered to be still in use.? It happened again this morning, and below is what's in the BBS log.? The radio is a Yaesu FTdx10.

This looks like it's at least partially a VARA issue, but it seems BPQ should still de-attach the port.
