HGR Surplus has a huge site in Cleveland, and sites in Fort Worth and Detroit. https://hgrinc.com They are selling machinery, but there is always lots of smaller odds and ends, if you search, in the Cleveland (Euclid Oh actually) store. ?

I can't help you with the drills. I have a decent amount of carbide
inserts that I cannot use along with tool holders that may or may
not fit the inserts. The tool holders would need a BXA minimum QCTP
-some larger. Location is Indianapolis. If you have interest, I can
try to get specifics in a few days.
Lost Creek Machinery is in Ottawa, IL. That is the nearest
used/surplus dealer I know about from Indianapolis.
