I'll have to save this site.
So when I rebuilt the lathe I'm not sure I was able to get the oil cups out. IIRC I think I pinched the top of one of them where the cover was out of line a bit.
But to be honest I don't remember if it was the headstock cups or the countershafts cups.
I don't know about yall? but the countershafts cups are empty everytime I use the lathe. I belive that is a plain sintered bronze bearing with no holes.
Of course my memory is terrible.? I should've taken pictures during reassembly.
