KO&G paint scheme
I have up loaded a photo of a KO&G match cover that has a picture of the paint scheme that Atlas used of their 40' car. The real car is that of 50' car, but is proof that the paint scheme was real.

Michael, I just checked my tank cars. Those numbered 2261 thru 2264 have no railing. Numbers 2265 thru 2268 have the railing. After the first four cars they must have decided to add the railing. Bob
