Ingredients

  • ?4?halibut filets?, de-skinned and de-boned (6 ounces)
  • ?1?teaspoon?kosher salt
  • ?1/2?teaspoon?coarse ground black pepper
  • ?1/4?cup?olive oil?, divided
  • ?1?lemon?, cut into wedges
  • ?2?tablespoons?fresh parsley?, minced

Instructions

  • Season halibut with salt and black pepper
  • Brush half the olive oil on the top and sides.
  • Heat grill on high heat.
  • Add halibut top side down, cook?2 minutes.
  • Turn 90 degrees to make an x pattern and cook for?2 minutes.
  • Flip, cook for?4 minutes.
  • Brush with remaining olive oil and cook for?4 minutes?on each side.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and fresh parsley garnished on top.
