Ingredients

  • 1-2?lb?flank steak
  • 15?oz?Italian dressing?about 2 cups
  • 4?cloves?garlic?minced

Instructions

  • Add the steak, Italian dressing and garlic to a large zip-top bag. Place the bag in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to 400¨H.
  • Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4 minutes. Flip over to the other side and continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes or until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 135¨H.
  • Remove the steak from the grill and allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice the steak against the grain and serve.
