General Tso Sauce

Quick and easy homemade recipe for General Tso sauce that is perfect for chicken, chicken wings, pork and more. Classic Chinese restaurant food at home

Prep Time: 18 minutes

Ingredients:

1/4?cup	light?soy sauce
1/4?cup	rice vinegar
1?tablespoon	rice?wine
1/2?cup	sugar
1 1/2?tablespoons	sriracha?sauces?(more if you like it extra spicy)
1/2?cup	water
1 1/2?tablespoons	corn?starch

Directions:

Whisk all the ingredients together in a saucepan.

Simmer on medium low heat, whisking constantly.

After about 7-10 minutes the sauce will start to thicken. Remove from heat once it reaches the desired consistency, about 12-15 minutes.
