I think in past years we meet @ noon& eat around 3-4? with? elections? after ?

I dont think the elections will be this month. I will bring the meat here to the school house to put in the oven to warm up at 11. Since its going to be so hot I thought it would be best if we eat around 1pm. Everyone is welcome to come anytime after 11. I am going to cook the pork steaks Saturday on my grill at home them will reheat them at the school.? Please feel free to ask any questions you might have.?

Martin i dont know what to tell you. I dont think any of the officers will even be at the picnic. They all have other plans for the weekend.

Here's what I figure. I have waited till now to respond to what you said about my cooking. First off when I volunteer to do something like fixing the pork steaks and i don't ask for your help or advice please don't offer it. If my cooking is not up to your standards then I would expect you to smile and say thanks for your effort. Then you can stop by quick trip or sonic and pick you self up a good hot dog.

I was asked to cook pork steaks for the meat of the picnic. So that is what I fixed. Now as a side dish I am also making a pot of green beans with potatoes and ham.? So no I will not be fixing burgers, brats or hot dogs since there were not going to be any children there.
