i thought??the elections was @ the picnic?& the August? meeting
per the by-laws?

Sec. 3 Meetings. Regular meeting shall be held on the first Wednesday of each calendar month (except August and December) at such place and time as the president shall order. The August meeting shall be the election of officers and shall be held on the third Sunday in August at a place and time selected by the President, and approved by the Board of Directors. Special meetings may be called by the president with the concurrence of the Board of Directors. Reasonable attempt shall be made to notify all members informing them of the special meeting and the business to be transacted.?

Since its going to be so hot I thought it would be best if we eat around 1pm. Everyone is welcome to come anytime after 11. I am going to cook the pork steaks Saturday on my grill at home them will reheat them at the school.?

? well? slow cook the pork steaks? so the r tender enough? for the members with no teeth (like me ) if i had my smoker? i could make some? wher the meat would fall off the bones? now i have to smoke them? then put them in the??crock pot for a? few hours. to finish them

I dont think the elections will be this month. I will bring the meat here to the school house to put in the oven to warm up at 11. Since its going to be so hot I thought it would be best if we eat around 1pm. Everyone is welcome to come anytime after 11.
