Rappahannock Model Railroaders (RMR) December Model Train Show

Dan Walters All Messages By This Member #1199 I am a member of the RMR? and was wondering if there is interest in setting up a small Z-scale layout at our December 9-10, 2023 model train show at the Eagles Lodge in Fredericksburg, VA??? Recently I was given a box of Marklin Z-scale trains and track and this group is my only contact with the Z-scale model train world.? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Malcolm Cleaveland All Messages By This Member #1200 开云体育 Attached are photos of a very portable Z scale layout that I take to train shows.? It allows me to run 2 trains continuously.? It was put together with some old Marklin track and turnouts I had.? It is less than 4' wide and has plexiglas panels to thwart little fingers.? The kids love to see the train go through the tunnel.? This is pretty crude and was built in a couple of days, although I've gussied it up a little (e.g., planted a cornfield) over time.?
