Port Vega: Benders of Light (Aurora, Devi, open)

(Devi) Devi had seen the black SUV when she pulled in. It had crossed her mind that it could be Aurora. Then again it could have been anyone. Port Vega had a very diverse group of residents. So when a woman stepped out of the SUV, wearing a green body suit, black boots, belt and a green metal eye mask and head band combo with long green tinted hair that flowed down down her back, she wasn't too surprised. She was tall and quite curvy, too. The woman approached and introduced herself as Aurora. Devi stood and gave a nod. "Nice to meet you. I find it interesting that the leader of the Benders of Light wanted to see little 'ol me. I will say that Jordie is quite the looker. That being said, I am quite impressed that you noticed my little trips." Devi grinned, "So what made you focus on me instead of someone else?" (Aurora) Aurora simply gave Devi a slight smile when she mentioned Jordie.? She would let Jordie inform the woman that he was spoken for if she decided to join.? "I like to meet my intended members myself.? As for what made us focus on you.? Well, the many of the cameras around The Nightingale are motion activated.? The police paid Keira a visit a few days later in regards to some to the guests in attendance had their homes robbed during the party."? She let Devi think on that for a moment. "So, she had Jordie look into it and well, as I mentioned the cameras, they kept coming to sudden life in on particular corner where there didn't seem to be any bodies or movement.? (Aurora) Aurora simply gave Devi a slight smile when she mentioned Jordie.? She would let Jordie inform the woman that he was spoken for if she decided to join.? "I like to meet my intended members myself.? As for what made us focus on you.? Well, the many of the cameras around The Nightingale are motion activated.? The police paid Keira a visit a few days later in regards to some to the guests in attendance had their homes robbed during the party."? She let Devi think on that for a moment. "I do need find a way to compensate Miss?Keira for the inconvenience of the cops." ? ?Devi tilted her head and looked at Aurora when she asked about her powers. "Well, I am a teleporter. I can carry two people but I don't like. It wears on me. I can teleport around 5 miles. That's about as far as I can go right now. I've been working on going further though. I need to know the place I am going to or see where I and going to. I am also pretty flexible." She smiled and gave Aurora a wink.? ? ? Tag: Aurora

(Devi) Devi watched Aurora as she spoke. The woman didn't give much away, if anything. She listened as Aurora explained how she figured out what was going on. She gave Aurora a nod. "Well, I will have to check for motion sensors next time." She smiled. "I do need to find a way to compensate Miss?Keira for the inconvenience of the cops." Devi tilted her head and looked at Aurora when she asked about her powers. "Well, I am a teleporter. I can carry two people but I don't like to. It wears on me. I can teleport around 5 miles. (Aurora) Aurora listened as Devi explained her powers.? She raised an eyebrow at the flexible comment.? "I see, does carrying one person where on you?"? She asked, "flexible, I am guessing you mean physically and not time management wise." It was more a comment then a question. "Would you be interested in working with The Benders of Light?? We have great benefits and if you need a place to crash we provide a roof over your head as well.? As for Keira, I wouldn't worry about her and the cops.? She knows just how to handle them." (Devi) ? ?Devi gave Aurora a mischievous grin. "Physically flexible yes. It helps to get into and out of tight spots. Trained as I am, I fid it gives me an advantage that most do not have." She stood up straight, moved a couple of feet forward, just enough to extend her hand to Aurora. "I am a bit old fashion she it comes to making a deal. Paper work and what not can be finalized later. Say within two weeks? As long as we both agree to this now, I can't see a reason not to work with the Benders of Light. As for a place to stay and benefits, you obviously know what I have. Though that does not mean I won't take you up on the offer. Would be nice to have a place to crash if I can't get home." She extended her hand. Tag: Aurora

She stood up straight, moved a couple of feet forward, just enough to extend her hand to Aurora. "I am a bit old fashion so it comes to making a deal. Paper work and what not can be finalized later. Say within two weeks? As long as we both agree to this now, I can't see a reason not to work with the Benders of Light. As for a place to stay and benefits, you obviously know what I have. Though that does not mean I won't take you up on the offer. Would be nice to have a place to crash if I can't get home." She extended her hand. (Aurora) Aurora wondered at the woman for a moment.? Those have to be kept. I trust that my secret will be kept as well."? (Aurora) "Oh, good.? Thought you were asking about trail basis, forgive my misinterpretation.? Yes, it will take about that long to get all of that figured out.? Yes, your secrets will also be kept.? Now, I expect you to attend a general meet and greet meeting tomorrow evening at 6 pm.? Our headquarters is located in a small mansion behind the Nightingale.?
