Locked Red-necked Phalarope

A lone Red-necked Phalarope is working along the South shore of Willow Lake this morning, directly out from the South Willow pullout,? straight across from the boat dock. Nice, full breeding plumage.

Thanks Sue for the timely reporting. I was kayaking on Willow Springs lake on the rim above Payson on 5-19-2021 and saw two beautiful and fascinating? shorebirds that I had never seen before.
I checked Merlin on my phone and an outdated bird book in my car but could not identify them.
? I Just got home today and looked up Red-necked phalarope, Same bird . Life Bird for me as well.
