Nice to say hello to all of you on io groups.?

I found out the Mantua 28 foot tender's tank length is 26 scale feet, which makes it passable for a layout-quality version of a K11c with a 7500 gallon or 8000 gallon tender. ? Prior to this kitbash, I had thought of it as a switcher tender, but I think it works behind this medium-sized Pacific.?

The coal bunker is a bit short and the tank height is too tall for a 7500 gallon tender and too short for an 8000 gallon tender.....I decided to compromise since I didn't feel ready to scratch build a tender.

Thanks very much to Jeff Pellas for sending a pair of the durable Bowser NYC-style tender trucks which work nicely with this model.

4560 was a K11e, built a bit later (and by NYC's preferred builder Also) than the Baldwin-built K11c that I'm working towards. ?
