I know that there are many libraries of sounds out there for the
DX7. Most of them are in .syx format. Does anyone know if SysEx
files can be dumped directly into the internal memory of the DX7 by
using a PC? I have a P3 650 MHz, 256MB computer with Soundblaster
Live! Platinum sound card and Midi interface. Help would be greatly
appreciated.

There's this freeware program called Soundlib. A sysex bank dumputility
wich can be used for your DX7. Url:

I use it for my Fs1r to dump voices.
