Given where it was designed and built, ALL screws on the DX-7 will be metric, not imperial.

FYI in case anyone was wondering, I ended up having success with #6 3/8” length stainless steel 18-8 sheet metal screws to fasten the DX7 mk1 front panel to the side cheeks. Eg from bolt
