I have a fantastic rig but the microprocessor is not working well means cant hold the settings and cannot return to factory settings all values are reset after power off and switched on later.
wonder anyone has a broken rig where the pcb containing working microprocessor is available. I really wanted to get this rig u and running.
Please let me know if anyone has a spare PCB.

Hi Leighton,
No I haven't changed the battery as the frequency and other settings on the radio do hold after restart. Its the internal microprocessor values that doesn't hold where you enter into the hidden menu. It works while I keep the radio on but resets to 0F on restart. I somewhere read the microprocessor values are not stored using battery also the values cannot be reset to factory values . Each time I have to enter the values for each item bit bad or keep the Radio on without turning the power off.
