My FT-747GX on 10 Meter FT8 today.
It still plays well.
I have continued to use it in this capacity for over 2 years.?
It is hooked up to an old RigBlaster and a retired Acer Laptop.
The antenna is a 2 Element Yagi up about 17 feet.
It takes a licking, keeps on ticking.

There is still life on this group. ?
I have been thinking about retiring it, but it still does what I ask of it.
I have a FT-891 and a Kenwood TS-2000 that works well, but I can dedicate 10 Meters to the 747, which I have for many years.
I can't bear turning it off.
