Weatherproofing

 

I need to replace the rubber cover, screw and washer for the VX-7r.

?Does anyone have a source for the parts?

I have tried reaching out to the Cypress California location but seems as though they are selective in what they reply too.

Do you have a copy of the Service Manual that shows all the parts and numbers? That way we can know just what parts you need.?
If not I attached a copy of it.?

Chris,

find the parts you need from the PDF at the link below. ?It is an exploded view of the VX-7R with Yaesu part numbers. ?The people I contacted for parts for my VX-8R are b.velarde@...?and?s.fears@.... ?You can add yaesuparts@...?to the email as well. ?Not sure if they are still there. ?Just make a list of parts and email it to them. ?You might want to follow up with a phone call to the parts department as well to make sure they get the email.
