VX7R Wires

Sanjeev KN6MUQ All Messages By This Member #105 I am curious about the function of the Wires/Internet button on Vx-7R. How does one use it? I am familiar with C4Fusion and WiresX on FT3DR, but not sure how VX-7R pairs up to that. I will appreciate any insights from this esteemed group. ? Thanks. -ST

John Earnshaw All Messages By This Member #108 开云体育 This was the predecessor to WiresX .Wires was very similar to the layout of the hri200 software and was used very similar to operating Echolink or IRLP in that you pressed the button to connect to the system then dial a number to access the place you want to connect to , also you would see a list of various nodes or repeaters and rooms to chat in. Sometimes in silent key sales does a wires box come up for sale but you cannot use it as there is NO infrastructure to use it on.
