Check out The Tech Prepper on YouTube. The FT-60 was his preferred HT for a long time, he has quite a few videos that cover packet ops and setups with the FT-60.
I can't recall if he ever did a video(s) that covers Winlink and the FT-60 but he has some videos about Winlink setups. If he doesn't have a video that covers what you are

I've had intermittent success and failure with Winlink Packet.? Seems to be that the Sound settings in Windows is the last, and most delicate factor.? I would appreciate a copy of somebody's successful setup achieve Winlink Packet service.? I also use AGWPE settings for connecting with a local BBS system on Port 8000, along with Port 8001 for Kiss.? APRS is also of interest, but Packet Winlink is the high priority for me.

I'm also curious about TXdelay, and whether this is an issue for the FT60.? Similarly, whether TXtail and if any RX Shift is advisable.? Mine shows a 30Hz shift.
