Be careful measuring high frequency on an oscilloscope, the input capacitance comes in to play and severely derates the maximum voltage capability.

I know on my 60R there a a auto power saver that when you are hitting a repeater on high (5W) power, and you don't need 5W it cuts the power level back. Maybe when you measure your output with a watt

Does anyone know of a source for the battery pack gaskets?? They aren't made well enough to outlast the batteries, unfortunately.? My radios are getting damp inside in drizzly weather.

I don't know if it's still available, but years ago I modified the leather case for a VX-150 to accommodate the FT-60.? It was a simple mod almost anyone could do. The mod instruction instructions

I couldn't find a Genuine Yaesu case, however I did buy this one from Thailand, it isn't amazing but it does the job and the only option I could find. The seller was very friendly and it arrived
