I think your problem might be that your USB cable is not correct, the USB cable needs the correct chip. ?I purchase a USB cable from Ebay that was for the RT-60, and I had the same error. ?You can buy the correct USB cable form Ham Radio Outlet or RT Systems. ?RT Systems Software and cables are great. 开云体育My guess is that you should change the port number.? I presume that the problem is that the software is on a different COM PORT number than whichever driver it uses is on and so it can't interface with the radio.? I don't know the program, but you should be able to select the Com Port through the software as well as Windows Device Manager.? The Com Port numbers must match.Best regards,

I am not sure this is the same but when I used the USB to my computer it functioned.? Then the next time I assumed I could plug it back into ANY of the USB ports but I got the error message.? Good morning, Trying to use the Commander software with Windows 10, when following the directions to "read from FT-60" it comes back with "Runtime Error 8002, invalid port number." Any ideas? Error 8002 using commander software
Good morning, Trying to use the Commander software with Windows 10, when following the directions to "read from FT-60" it comes back with "Runtime Error 8002, invalid port number." Any ideas? I have for sale a SMA to SO239 adapter-a short piece of coax with a Male SMA on one end, and a SO239 on the other end. Hook up your HT to a mobile or outside antenna. FYI, item #3 is for the Yaesu VX-6R. It will not work with the FT-60.

开云体育The US version is the FT60R. There is a European version which is probably the FT60E. Band limits are slightly different. No such FT60 unless someone was just forgetting to include the letter designation.
