don't know if there is a forum for the FT 757, so will give this forum a try.
Question. Does anyone know if the FT-757GX II have a back ground light for the S meter?? Since my unit has none I'm wondering if I should take it apart to find a burned out bulb or some such.

Page 51 of the FT-757GX service manual lists two pilot lights. One for the VFO and the other for the meter. A free copy of the service manual is available at -
