Hello to the group I have FTdx3000?looking for recommendations?microphone settings?I have heil pr20?microphone any suggestions I would appreciate thank you have a good day
 

Have you contacted Heil for their recommendation? If you don't get a
recommendation from anyone here, I would ask them if you haven't already.

Some ham radio groups you may be interested in:

/g/HamRadioHelp /g/Baofeng
/g/CHIRP

 

Heil has recommended settings for that radio on there website.
