Hi I have just obtained a dr5000 unit and set it up a cording to instructions.
However, when trying to connect any of my android drvices (phone and tablet) I cannot connect to the x22 app.
My devices are showing as connected to the Dr,5000 WiFi but I can't connect.

OK let me get up to speed on your issue.

1. When you connect your phone to the WiFI what is your connection name?

Resolved; need a firmware update.
