Is it feasible to drive 12v relays from a YD8008 that has YD6940s? I need the relay to only operate for about 300mS or a little longer in order to be the momentary trigger to an input of a timer board. I hesitate to connect the YD8008 directly to the timer board so a relay seems a reasonable way to isolate them. (eg different power supplies and no common -ve.)
The YD8008 config app can apparently set a pulse length of 300mS so it would suit my purposes.
I am already doing this with Digitrax 2x DS64 so I know the concept is workable. I just want to convert everything to YaMoRC if possible. I would only have one output active at a time.
