I have installed an Yd9401 in my Dr5000 and followed the instructions. After entering the Dr5000 activation code and running update, the update failed. I was never asked for the second activation code. After that the USB led and power leds ar not on. Both the red and green control leds are on. My computer does not create any Com ports, the only device in the device manager is a firmware upgrade device. Have reinstaller the Yd7001 software and rebooted several times. Does not help.
Any one had the same experience? Could the failed upgrade have erased the dr5000 fw and failed to write the new FW?
