I have upgraded my DR5000 with the YD9401 module and followed all instructions as posted in this group and the the instruction found on the YaMorCo website. I have 2 issues at present.
1. The YD7001 is shutoff train power randomly and when this happens it will also loose any consists I have created.
2. I have 4 DR5033s installed for power districts and now when a loco crosses between 2 power districts it throws a short. I never had this problem prior to upgrading with the YD9401 module.
I upgraded from a Digitrax DCS240 with a UR92 to the DR5000. I am still using the UR92 as it has been working without any issues. I am using a variable power supply set at 18v/4amps. Not sure what information is needed to get some advise, so let me know what I need to provide and I will update this tread.
