I am currently using a Sprog 3 to control Locos and turnouts (CML DAC20) via JMRI.

If I wish to change my controller to a DR5000 and upgrade to block detection later Digitrax BDL168 I would like to know the following:

1)???? As the CML DAC20 controls the turnout using track command S1 (Address 45), S2 (Address 46) Thrown/Closed etc. Which connection protocol do I use to send the commands via the Track connection to the CML DAC20 accessory decoder? I am assuming it would be COM(x) Xpressnet protocol. Note: I do not want to use LocoNet at this time.

2)???? At a later stage if adding detection using non Digikeijs products does the DR5000 provide LocoNet termination for the BD168 and CML DAC20 plus Railcom signal for the BDL168?
