OK, as mentioned in my YBL Update email sent a few moments ago, here is our Schedule of Dates that you are required to meet as a Member of the YBL going forward.

1^st of Every Month, or earlier = Previous Block of Game Results League Disc will be received from me.

3^rd of Every Month = Your Manager for the Next Block of Games is DUE TO ME.

4^th of Every Month = The PLAY BALL disc for the Next Block of Games will be received from me.

15^th of Every Month =? Your Game Exports from the previous two weeks Block of Games is DUE TO ME. I will always send you back a reply saying in some way that I received your games (usually just a “Got’em” or “Thanks”, or whatever). If I have not received them by this date I will Auto Play the Games for the good of the League and move forward. So look for my reply once you send in your Game Exports, and if you don’t see it, ASK ME if I received your games. I am Human, so you may here ”I did, sorry I forgot to reply”, or “Nope, please re-send them”. So the end result in all of this is that it is BOTH of our responsibilities to get the Games in is all.

REPEAT all the above for the next month and couple Blocks of Games…

In short, it is just a two week schedule of back & forth between us, with 10 or 11 Days to play your Home Games and send them in, real easy stuff.

If we all pitch in and do our individual parts it will all go off like clockwork!

Obviously, situations may arise that require temporary or permanent adjustments, we’ll deal with those should or if they come up when they do.

Good question, I actually asked myself that after I sent the Schedule out, and went and checked.

?

I’ll announce what Date the Next Block of Games will be thru with each Game Results Disc and Request for Managers message I send out with that disc, just like Don has been doing.

?

I looked at our Schedule, and it really is rather the same as our Time Line in that they first Block of the Month will “basically cover” the first half of the Next Month of the Schedule of Games on the Disc, and the next disc will covers “basically” the last half of that Month of the Schedule on the Disc.
